Payo

An interactive CLI that interviews a developer about their project's stack and conventions, then generates the guidance files AI coding assistants read, such as CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules and AGENTS.md.

Payo

Payo is an interactive command-line tool that interviews a developer about their project's language, framework, database, authentication, testing and conventions, then generates the guidance files an AI coding assistant reads so it follows the project's own conventions instead of guessing. It supports Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, Zed and Antigravity.

Where an assistant ships a headless CLI, Payo drives that tool's own AI to write project-specific documentation; where it does not, Payo falls back to templates, so a usable result is produced either way. Output follows one shared layout of an AGENTS.md entry point plus skills under a project skills directory, a format the project says every skills-compatible tool can read. Payo can also detect an existing project's stack automatically and resume an interrupted setup session.

It is written in TypeScript.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
