PDD Skills

A methodology and set of AI skills that turns a PRD (product requirements document) directly into code through a multi-agent system of specialized roles, checking completeness, correctness and coherence along the way.

PDD Skills

PDD (PRD-Driven Development) treats a requirements document as the single source of truth and uses a multi-agent system, with roles such as system architect, software architect and software engineer, to carry a project from requirements analysis to delivered code. Every generated result is checked along three dimensions: completeness against the requirements, correctness of the implementation, and coherence between documents and code.

The methodology frames unmanaged technical debt as a compounding cost and builds continuous debt reduction into its process, alongside a standardized chain from PRD document to code and a stated aim of keeping documentation and code evolving together.

The skills are published for AI coding tools; documentation is provided in English, Chinese and French, and a version 3 of the project has since been published in a separate repository.

  • Provenance gate

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
