# PPM — Python Package Manager

A Python packaging CLI (pypm) bundled with a companion C memory library, PMLL, and an MCP memory server, providing hermetic package bundles, plugins, and signing alongside durable structured memory for agent workflows.

PPM (pypm) is a packaging CLI for Python, implemented in C, that builds hermetic bundles, supports plugins, and can sign packages. It ships alongside a separate memory layer, PMLL, which provides structured, durable memory for agent workflows through a memory silo with exact and semantic lookup (`peek` and `peek_semantic`).

A companion component, Q-promise, owns temporal and control-flow concerns -- a promise/continuation API (`qpromise_*`) that can reference a memory key and commit its result back to the silo through `silo_set`, running continuations single-threaded during an explicit drain call. An included PMLL Memory MCP server exposes this memory layer to MCP-compatible clients.

Optional Stellar commitments can hash off-chain payloads into digests through a separate anchor component. The project is MIT licensed.
