PR Lens

A GitHub App, Action, CLI and coding-agent skill that draws each pull request as an animated architecture and data-flow diagram, posted directly inside the pull request.

PR Lens

PR Lens renders a pull request as a diagram before a reviewer reads a single line of code: an architecture view of the components the change touches and the calls between them, colored by whether something is new, changed or removed, plus an animated sequence of the data flow in the order its steps actually happen. Clicking an arrow shows the request or response payload for that step, with new and dropped fields highlighted the same way.

Long changes are broken into nested sections, each scoped to one part of the diff, and every comment links to a full interactive canvas with pan, zoom and a light or dark theme, plus a step-by-step walkthrough mode. It installs as a GitHub App, a GitHub Action, a command-line tool, or a skill that a local coding agent can call to explain any codebase or change live. It is free for open-source projects and is written in TypeScript.
