Preline UI is an open-source Tailwind CSS UI component library for building modern websites and apps. It bundles UI blocks, templates, plugins, and a Figma design system, aiming to give developers flexible markup, scalable design systems, and polished UI patterns without rebuilding everything from scratch.

The free tier includes 204 Tailwind CSS blocks and sections, five templates, and 27 headless plugins covering disclosure widgets such as accordions and tree views, navigation like tabs and steppers, overlays such as dropdowns and tooltips, and form controls including select, combobox, and file upload. It installs through npm and is imported into a Tailwind CSS file alongside its variants and theme files, and it also ships Agent Skills for tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to automate theme generation and UI workflows.
