project-starter

A universal Claude Code workflow plugin with specialized agents, skills, hooks and slash commands for architecture-first or ship-fast development, compatible with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and more than 35 other AI agents.

project-starter

project-starter is a Claude Code workflow plugin for general software projects, bundling seven specialized subagents for tasks such as code review, debugging and security, 26 slash commands covering workflows, output styles, planning and onboarding, 14 skills with on-demand context loading, and 14 hooks for automation such as formatting, security checks, metrics and notifications.

It installs through skills.sh for broad agent compatibility, as a full Claude Code plugin through its own installer or the plugin marketplace, or loaded per-session with claude --plugin-dir, and is also usable through the Claude Agent SDK. Once installed, it adds commands such as /project-starter:architect for architecture-first work, /project-starter:rapid for shipping quickly, /project-starter:commit for an auto-generated commit message, and /project-starter:verify-changes for multi-agent verification.

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
