# Qdrant JS/TS SDK

The JavaScript and TypeScript SDK for the Qdrant vector search engine, published as a main package plus separate lightweight REST and gRPC clients.

The Qdrant JavaScript and TypeScript SDK is a monorepo publishing three packages: the main SDK, a lightweight REST client, and a gRPC client, for talking to a Qdrant vector search server. It works against a locally run Qdrant Docker container or against Qdrant Cloud, and its types are provided for use from Node.js in both ESM and CommonJS form, from Deno, from browsers using fetch, and from Cloudflare Workers using its OpenAPI-based client.

Major and minor SDK versions track Qdrant's own engine releases, while patch releases are reserved for fixes to the current minor version.

It is written in TypeScript and released under the Apache-2.0 license.
