QuranEngine

An open-source iOS library that powers the Quran.com app, providing most of that app's code as a reusable Swift package foundation for building other Quran-related applications.

QuranEngine

QuranEngine is the open-source iOS library that powers the Quran.com iOS app, making up approximately ninety-nine percent of that app's code. It is distributed as a Swift package with separate targets that a consuming app depends on individually, and the repository includes an example app, QuranEngineApp, that mimics the real Quran.com app to demonstrate the library's use.

Its Makefile-based build system always sets a sync-related flag explicitly, with separate targets for building or testing the whole package or a single scheme, and a preview command that finds a Swift file by name, boots a compatible iOS Simulator, and runs every SwiftUI preview in that file with hot reload from the terminal.

It does not support CocoaPods or Carthage. It is written in Swift under the Apache-2.0 license.
