reimagine-it

A command-line tool that redesigns an existing HTML page using only the content already in it, its headings, facts, numbers, and colors, and outputs a single standalone HTML file.

reimagine-it

reimagine-it takes an existing HTML page and rebuilds its visual design from the content the page already contains, extracting headings, facts, links, names, dates, numbers, and colors rather than inventing filler text. Four commands share the same engine: a generate command, run automatically or by choosing a style, produces a redesigned page; a variations command produces several candidate designs at once; a lock command captures a brand's visual system from a reference page for reuse; and an audit command checks a result.

The output is one offline, standalone HTML file with no build step, content delivery network, or design tool required. The project reports fidelity and distinctiveness scores for its own example gallery, aiming for each source's redesign to draw on a different visual direction rather than converging on one look. It is distributed as an npm package run through npx and is MIT licensed.
