Samizdat is a curated collection of rare documents and out-of-print books aimed at builders, gathering internal memos, leaked handbooks, and founder-written books that are otherwise hard to find. Documents span decades, from a 1968 Intel offering memo and a 1976 letter to hobbyists through more recent pieces such as a 2023 internal memo and a 2024 essay on succeeding as a creator.

The book shelf below it holds full out-of-print titles by figures such as Rockefeller, Sloan, Ogilvy, Morita, and Grove, covering the history of specific companies and industries. Everything on the site is free to read, and visitors can submit a rare document of their own to add to the collection.
