Self-Host Release Repository

The release repository for Bitwarden's self-hosted deployment, holding the installation scripts and signed container images used to run Bitwarden's password manager on your own infrastructure.

Self-Host Release Repository

This repository is Bitwarden's dedicated release repository for self-hosting, holding the installation scripts and container images for a self-hosted Bitwarden deployment. Container images are published as OCI-compliant images and are signed using Cosign's keyless signing, so a downloaded image can be verified against the workflow that built it.

It supports a quick deployment path to Kubernetes using Helm. Issues about a specific client application are directed to Bitwarden's separate clients repository rather than this one.

It is distributed under the GPL-3.0 license and is written mainly in Shell.
