SkillDock
SkillDock is a desktop application that manages the Skills, MCP servers and plugins installed for AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Windsurf, scanning each tool's real skill directories and showing git-aware diffs before syncing changes.
SkillDock keeps local Skills, MCP server configurations and plugin bundles visible, editable and synced across the AI coding agents installed on a machine. It scans each tool's actual skill directory, distinguishes managed skills from ones it does not track, and lets a user preview local changes before pushing an update.
Its core workflow is publishing and pulling changes without an intermediate handoff directory: a publisher can edit a skill or plugin locally and push the change back with one action, and a user can update with one action while seeing who changed the package and what changed, reviewing staged and unstaged diffs and reverting individual files or hunks. It can install skills from a skills registry site or from Git repositories and local folders, install MCP servers from an MCP directory site, and enable a plugin's bundled skills, commands, agents and integrations.
It is written in Rust and distributed as a desktop application.
