Skiller

A desktop application that installs, syncs and manages AI agent skills across many coding tools at once, so a skill added in one place propagates to every supported agent instead of being configured separately in each.

Skiller

Skiller gives a single dashboard showing every detected agent, its installed skills and their status, and lets a skill be installed once and propagated to the rest of the agent stack with one click. Other functions include copying every skill from one agent to another or wiping them all per agent, pinning a skill to a specific repository without affecting the global setup, editing a SKILL.md file with immediate local visibility, and browsing marketplace sources such as skills.sh and ClawHub.

It natively supports 49 agents, including Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot CLI, OpenCode, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline and Warp Terminal, auto-detecting any of them the moment they are installed with no separate setup. Project skills follow the shared .agents/skills/ convention wherever an agent supports it, and Skiller reads the Skills CLI's own global lock file strictly read-only, so that CLI remains the owner of update history.

It is built as an Electron desktop app in TypeScript, and its license is not asserted in its repository metadata.

  • Provenance gate

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
