Skills for Copilot Studio

A plugin for Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI and VS Code that authors, tests and troubleshoots Microsoft Copilot Studio standard agents as YAML files from the terminal or editor.

Skills for Copilot Studio

Skills for Copilot Studio lets a developer create and edit Microsoft Copilot Studio agents as YAML directly from Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI or VS Code, with schema validation and templates instead of the Copilot Studio web designer. It provides four specialized sub-agents for different parts of the authoring workflow.

It requires Node.js 18 or later and, for push, pull and clone operations against Copilot Studio, the VS Code Copilot Studio extension. The project describes itself as an experimental research project rather than an officially supported Microsoft product, and it warns that generated YAML should be reviewed before it is pushed to a live environment.

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
