Skills Manager

Skills Manager centralizes AI coding-assistant skill configuration in one desktop application instead of managing separate skill and prompt files for each tool. A symlink synchronization mechanism keeps one written copy of a skill in sync across every supported tool, so a skill can be enabled or disabled per tool without deleting or duplicating the underlying file.

Skills can be browsed, installed and shared through an in-app marketplace of community-contributed skills, and content can be translated with an LLM into a preferred language. The app supports 32 AI tools out of the box, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Windsurf and Trae, and custom tools can be added with their own paths and icons.

It is built with Rust and Tauri 2.0 for the desktop shell and React 19, Tailwind CSS and Radix UI for the interface, local-first and MIT licensed, with builds for macOS, Windows and Linux.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
