Skills Manager

A macOS application for discovering, browsing, installing and tagging skills for AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex, sourced from GitHub repositories or a local directory.

Skills Manager

Skills Manager lets a developer browse remote skill catalogs, such as anthropics/skills, or add skills from a local directory over a file URL, then install them to Claude Code, Codex, or both from one place. It shows installed skills filtered by provider, and lets you unlink from one provider or fully uninstall a skill.

Skills can be organized with global custom tags that persist across catalogs, filtered by those tags or by the tags in a skill's own SKILL.md file, searched by name, description or tag, and browsed in either a grid or a list view. A split-pane editor shows a skill's Markdown documentation with a live preview while editing local skills.

It requires macOS 15 and Swift 6, and is built from source with Swift's package manager.

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
