Soul

A plugin for the OpenClaw AI assistant that adds background autonomous thinking, persistent memory, and self-improvement, so the assistant investigates problems and shares findings without being prompted.

Soul

Soul is a plugin for the OpenClaw AI assistant that runs a continuous background thought service instead of only responding when asked. It replays past conversations to find unresolved questions and follow-up opportunities, investigates problems such as errors mentioned earlier in a conversation, and extracts topics the user is interested in to research further.

The plugin models emotional needs such as survival, connection, growth, meaning, and security to drive this background behavior, and it keeps memory persistent across restarts rather than resetting each session. It can also observe and propose improvements to its own code. Soul is written in TypeScript and distributed as an npm package for OpenClaw.

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
