# TIPS Prompt Manager

An offline Windows desktop app for organizing, searching and copying prompts, storing them in a local SQLite database with no browser, account or network connection.

TIPS Prompt Manager stores prompts in a local SQLite database, organized into custom, renameable categories with category-based filtering, and offers full-text search across prompt titles and bodies with match highlighting. A chosen prompt's body copies straight to the clipboard.

A local password protects entry to the application, skipping repeated verification within the same Windows boot session, and the interface switches between Chinese and English with the choice saved locally. It runs without a browser, user account, server or network connection, and its runtime code uses only the Python standard library.

It targets Windows, ships as a single-file executable or a portable zip built with PyInstaller, and can also be run from source with Python 3.10 or newer.
