Tonghuashun Financial Data Service (Financial-API)
An official Tonghuashun (HiThink) data service providing A-share market quotes, financial statements, indices and other market data for AI agents, quantitative research and application development.
Financial-API, also called hithink-finance, is an official financial data service from Tonghuashun (HiThink) covering China's A-share market. Through one API key, it provides real-time and historical stock quotes, call-auction data, financial statements, valuation metrics, index and sector data, public fund data, and public futures and options data, along with market-specific data such as limit-up and unusual-movement information.
It can be reached through a REST API, an MCP server, a command-line interface, a Python SDK, a local DuckDB-based market database for long-term historical storage and SQL research, or an Agent Skill that lets an AI agent choose the CLI, MCP or REST API automatically based on the task. It does not provide minute-level bars, tick data, Level-2 data, Hong Kong or US equities, macro data, or full news and research-report text through these public interfaces; those are limited to a separate first-party AI client.
