tuicr

A terminal code-review tool with vim-style keybindings that turns a diff into PR-style comments and can push a real review to GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Gerrit.

tuicr

tuicr shows a continuous, GitHub-style diff in the terminal that you scroll through file by file, and lets you leave comments at the line, range, file, or overall review level, with review progress tracked and persisted at the file or hunk level across sessions. It works with Git, Jujutsu, and Mercurial repositories, and can review uncommitted changes, a commit range, or any pull request or merge request from GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Gerrit.

A finished review can be exported three ways: pushed as a real review to the originating host, copied as structured Markdown to the clipboard, or piped to standard output. When reopening a pull request reviewed before, it preselects only the commits newer than the last submitted review. It is written in Rust and distributed as pre-built binaries or through common package managers.
