# tutti

A Terraform-style command-line tool for running teams of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Aider, defining roles and workflows in a config file so intake, implementation, review, CI and merge happen as repeatable operations.

tutti is an operations layer above AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Aider and OpenClaw. It gives each agent a role, a worktree, a workflow, an audit trail and a dashboard, so issue intake, implementation, review, CI and merge gates run as repeatable operations defined in a tutti.toml configuration file rather than as messy, one-off terminal sessions.

It models the engineering loop as pluggable stages: intake from a GitHub issue, Linear ticket, Jira ticket, local queue or webhook event; execution through Claude Code, Codex, Aider, OpenClaw or a direct model provider API; review through CodeRabbit, an agent-generated review packet, human approval, CI or a policy check; a gate covering required checks, resolved review threads, approval state and cost or policy limits; and a record of the run's ledger, artifacts, logs and events for a dashboard and later replay.

It installs with cargo install tutti, ships templates for a small interactive team, a Rust CLI project team, or a minimal two-agent starter, and requires the Rust toolchain, tmux, and at least one supported AI coding CLI.
