Vibe Coding: Zero to Hero

An open, community-maintained handbook covering AI-assisted software development from first steps through architecture, debugging, deployment, and production-ready systems.

Vibe Coding: Zero to Hero

Vibe Coding: Zero to Hero is a community-driven knowledge base for building software with AI assistance, covering the path from a first generated program to scaled, deployed systems. It frames vibe coding as engineers collaborating with AI systems to design, build, debug, optimize, test, deploy, and scale applications, while explicitly stating that it is not about copy-pasting AI code blindly, skipping architecture and design, or ignoring security practices.

Its material is organized into a learning roadmap with beginner, intermediate, and advanced paths, alongside sections on a recommended technology stack and the broader AI tooling ecosystem, and lists example projects to build at each stage, such as an authenticated to-do app or a small API-backed dashboard. It targets a range of audiences from complete beginners and students to junior and senior engineers, freelancers, and startup founders.

It is maintained as an HTML-based open-source repository and companion site.
