Vision Transformer - Pytorch

A PyTorch implementation of the Vision Transformer (ViT) for image classification, plus many published variants and extensions of the architecture.

Vision Transformer - Pytorch

vit-pytorch is a PyTorch implementation of the Vision Transformer (ViT), an architecture that reaches strong vision classification results using a single transformer encoder instead of a convolutional network.

Beyond the base ViT, the repository implements many published variants and extensions, including Simple ViT, NaViT, Deep ViT, CaiT, Token-to-Token ViT, CCT, Cross ViT, PiT, LeViT, CvT, Twins SVT, CrossFormer, RegionViT, ScalableViT, SepViT, MaxViT, NesT, MobileViT, XCiT, masked autoencoders, masked image modeling variants, adaptive token sampling, patch merging, 3D ViT, ViViT, parallel ViT, learnable memory ViT, Dino and EsViT, along with distillation and attention-accessing utilities.

It installs with pip and is licensed under the MIT license.

    github.com

A continual learning language model that trains from scratch on a single 8 GB VRAM GPU, assembling its own architecture and adapting its size to the hardware and data available rather than shipping as a fixed pretrained model.

  • An open-source contrastive-embedding pipeline that maps technical CVE vulnerability descriptions to formal cybersecurity compliance controls in NIST SP 800-53 and CMMC, published with its model generation, fine-tuning and evaluation code.

  • peekaboolean

    github.com

A small vision-language model, fine-tuned with LoRA on a 500-million-parameter backbone, that answers typed multiple-choice, ordinal-score and yes/no questions about an image with calibrated probabilities, in about 400 milliseconds on a laptop.
