# winevt-kb

A knowledge base project documenting the internal structure of Windows Event Log resources, together with a Python module, winevtrc, for reusing that information in other tools.

winevt-kb collects reference knowledge about the Windows Event Log format for building tools that parse or interpret it. winevtrc, a Python module that is part of the project, packages this knowledge so it can be reused by other Python code rather than re-derived from scratch each time.
