WinUI agents and skills for Windows app development

An Agent Plugins package that adds Windows app development skills to GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex, covering the full WinUI 3 and Windows App SDK workflow from scaffolding to shipping.

WinUI agents and skills for Windows app development

win-dev-skills is an Agent Plugins package that teaches GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex how to build native Windows apps with WinUI 3 and the Windows App SDK. It covers the inner development loop end to end: scaffold, design, build, run, test, package, and ship.

It installs as a plugin through each tool's marketplace mechanism, or directly from the repository without marketplace registration for OpenClaw. Codex does not expose an orchestrator agent concept, so its skills are invoked directly by name instead.

The project is in preview: skill names, on-disk layout, agent configuration, analyzer rule IDs, and CLI surfaces can change without notice, and there is no compatibility guarantee until a 1.0 release. It is written in C# and MIT licensed.

  • A markdown framework of system rules that restates Isaac Asimov's Four Laws of Robotics as a set of prioritized loss calculations for large-language-model agents to follow, published as a discovery file for agents and crawlers to read.

  • Vitruvius

    github.com

An engineering research agent that runs a discover, read, synthesize, verify and review loop over technical questions, reading sources directly rather than inferring from titles, and publishing its own scored verifier benchmark, weaknesses included.
