XAgent

An open-source, general-purpose autonomous agent driven by large language models, built from a dispatcher, planner and actor that break down and execute tasks in a sandboxed tool server.

XAgent

XAgent is an experimental, open-source autonomous agent that uses a large language model to solve a wide range of tasks without human participation, while still allowing a person to guide it or step in when it runs into trouble. It is composed of three parts: a Dispatcher that assigns tasks to different agents, a Planner that breaks tasks into subtasks and milestones, and an Actor that carries out actions and can use tools to finish them.

A ToolServer, running in a Docker container, gives XAgent a safe environment to act in and provides tools such as a file editor for writing, reading and modifying files, alongside other capabilities for completing subtasks.

The project provides both a graphical interface and a command-line interface for interacting with the agent.

    recurse.run

A serverless harness that lets a coding agent design, test, and deploy its own specialist sub-agents as tools, MCP servers, or bots, defined by a schema-validated manifest.

    shulgin.is-a.dev

An AI-agent pipeline that decomposes a mathematics problem, proves each piece, and formalizes the result in Lean 4 and Mathlib until the Lean kernel accepts it, with six of its proofs already merged into Google DeepMind's formal-conjectures repository.

  • local-coder

    github.com

Builds a local coding-agent team on top of Ollama and OpenCode by detecting the machine's hardware, recommending models for seven specialist roles, and testing whether each assigned model can actually use tools, edit a repository and pass verification.
