Zerobyte

Zerobyte is a backup automation tool for self-hosters that saves data across multiple storage backends. Built on top of Restic, it provides a web interface to schedule, manage, and monitor encrypted backups, with retention policies and support for backing up NFS, SMB, WebDAV, SFTP, or local directories.

It runs as a Docker container started from a provided compose file, and its documentation site covers setup, configuration, and production usage. The project is still at version 0.x and subject to change between releases while its core features are developed, with the maintainer collecting feedback through issues for bugs and feature requests.
