# Zeroshot

A multi-agent orchestration tool that turns a software change into an explicit graph: one agent implements, independent agents review in parallel, failures route to bounded repair, and delivery through git and CI happens only after checks pass.

Zeroshot's premise is that the agent that writes code should not be the one that decides it works. It turns a software goal into an authored, explicit multi-agent graph rather than an agent loop hidden inside a prompt, so the control flow, retries, delivery and exit conditions are inspectable and reproducible; every event is written to a durable SQLite ledger.

Its built-in software-change graph gives a goal to a worker agent, runs acceptance and code review independently and in parallel, routes rejected evidence to a repair worker and repeats review, and, with delivery enabled, delivers an accepted change through Git, CI and merge, routing delivery conflicts back through repair. A separate auto-research graph runs bounded iterations where explorer, synthesizer and challenger agents propose experiments that evidence, method and progress judges review before adopting, recording, or discarding them.

It installs as a native binary via npm for Linux, macOS or Windows, and also installs a Zeroshot skill for Codex, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
