AIHelms

AIHelms is an enterprise platform for managing an organization's AI resources: a unified gateway across providers such as OpenAI, Azure, Claude and DeepSeek, per-department budgets and token-level cost attribution, and registration of internal MCP tools and Skills.

AIHelms

AIHelms is an enterprise AI resource management platform aimed at helping organizations manage AI assets, control AI cost and measure AI value. Decision-makers get usage and cost reports that show return on investment, administrators connect models and set identities and budgets from a back office, and employees get one AI identity usable from any client.

Its cost model separates the external price a vendor actually charges from an internal settlement price a company can mark up for departments, and supports per-person, per-department, per-project and per-model budgets with soft warning limits and hard cutoffs, attributing every call down to the token. It centralizes registration, approval and distribution of internal MCP tools and Skills, supports multiple model providers behind one gateway with OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible access, and includes sensitive-information detection, high-risk-prompt interception and administrator audit trails.
