AutoHotkey v2 MCP Server

A TypeScript MCP server that gives AI assistants script analysis, file operations, documentation search and execution tools for AutoHotkey v2 development, including read-only tools that inspect the live UI Automation tree.

AutoHotkey v2 MCP Server

This MCP server exposes more than 25 AutoHotkey-specific tools to MCP clients such as Claude Desktop, covering script analysis, focused file discovery, active-file-aware operations, script execution with process tracking and window detection, and local AutoHotkey validation and diagnostics. It supports stdio and Streamable HTTP transports, with opt-in legacy SSE compatibility.

Six read-only UI Automation tools let the model inspect the live control tree, so it writes verified selectors instead of guessing them: each returned element includes a paste-ready AutoHotkey v2 snippet that has already been executed against the tree and confirmed to resolve back to that exact element, using property-chain paths that keep working after the target application restarts. None of the six tools can press, toggle, select or delete anything in the target application. It requires Node.js 18 or later and a local AutoHotkey v2 installation for the run and validate tools.
