Awesome ChatGPT Apps

A community-maintained directory of third-party integrations built on OpenAI's Apps SDK, an MCP-based protocol that lets developers extend ChatGPT with real-time tools and data, organized by category with descriptions and use cases.

Awesome ChatGPT Apps

Awesome ChatGPT Apps catalogs verified third-party apps built on OpenAI's Apps SDK, the MCP-based protocol that lets ChatGPT call out to external tools, data and services with custom inline UI. At the time captured, the list tracked over 1,600 apps across 44 categories and 14 connectors, spanning areas such as analytics, CRM, food delivery, project management, travel and developer tools, and is updated weekly by its maintainer.

Each category groups apps with a short description and use case, and the project highlights a rotating app of the week; one entry, for example, documents a payments platform's integration that lets a ChatGPT user browse a restaurant's live menu and place an order that routes through the seller's own point-of-sale system. The project states plainly that it is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI.

It functions as a reference index for discovering and comparing Apps SDK integrations rather than as software of its own.
