Bright Data MCP

An MCP server that gives AI agents real-time access to public web data: search results, page scraping to Markdown or HTML, structured extraction from major platforms, and remote browser automation, with bot detection, CAPTCHAs and proxy rotation handled automatically.

Bright Data MCP

Bright Data MCP exposes 69 tools over the Model Context Protocol that give an AI agent or chat assistant real-time access to public web data. These cover web search across Google, Bing and Yandex; page scraping of any URL as Markdown or HTML; structured JSON extraction from sites such as Amazon, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, Facebook, Crunchbase and Zillow without parsing HTML; remote browser automation for navigating, clicking, typing and taking screenshots of pages; collecting responses from other LLM services such as ChatGPT, Grok and Perplexity; and looking up npm and PyPI package metadata.

Every request routes through Bright Data's unblocking infrastructure, so pages that would otherwise block on bot detection, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or geo-restrictions still return normally, without the client managing proxies, a headless browser or retry logic. It is available as a hosted remote server reachable by URL, or as a local instance, and a free tier includes 5,000 requests a month.
