ccswarm

A Rust workflow engine that orchestrates Claude Code and Codex through a plan, review-quorum, implement, review and fix pipeline, using Git worktree isolation for multiple AI coding agents.

ccswarm

ccswarm is a workflow engine for AI coding agents built around a review process it calls Sangha: shared acceptance criteria, separate assessments from multiple reviewers, evidence-backed objections, revision, and a recorded decision. Claude Code and Codex execute the actual coding work, while ccswarm governs how a task moves through the workflow.

The default flow runs plan, then a Sangha quorum, then implement, review and fix; quorum counts approval markers only from completed reviews and rejects an unreachable quorum. It supports multiple provider CLIs so a user is not locked into one agent, and can scaffold a new project, run one-shot pipelines, or manage a daily queue of tasks including tasks ingested from GitHub issues.

It records runs for replay and timeline comparison, though evidence-bound acceptance and full rollback are still in development. It is written in Rust and licensed under MIT.

  • Jauvex

    jauvex.reindent.com

An Electron desktop app that puts Claude Code, Codex and Grok coding-agent sessions side by side and lets you steer them by voice, with a small model handling fast routing decisions.
