Charles MCP Server
An MCP server that connects Charles Proxy to AI agents, letting them read live and historical HTTP traffic captures as structured, summary-first data instead of raw packet dumps, plus tools for reverse-engineering auth and replay.
Charles MCP Server connects Charles Proxy to an MCP client so an AI agent can read network traffic Charles has captured. It solves three problems: an agent can keep reading a session's incremental traffic while a capture is still running, live and historical traffic both go through the same structured analysis instead of raw packet dictionaries, and output is summary-first, showing hotspots and summaries before an agent drills into a single request's detail.
Its newer reverse-engineering toolchain extends beyond viewing and filtering traffic into importing, querying, decoding and replaying captured requests, and analyzing candidate signature schemes, so an agent can work through authentication, signing and parameter mutation and check whether a request is replayable.
It installs into Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or Codex as an MCP server that talks to a running, already-configured instance of Charles Proxy's web interface over the local network.
