Claude Code History Viewer

A desktop app or headless server that browses, searches and analyzes conversation history from more than thirty AI coding assistants, including Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor and Gemini CLI, entirely offline.

Claude Code History Viewer

Claude Code History Viewer is a unified history browser for AI coding assistants. It reads each assistant's own local conversation files, such as Claude Code's project transcripts or Codex CLI's session data, and lets a user browse, search and compare token usage and workflow across more than thirty supported tools, including Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Cline, Cursor, Aider, OpenCode, Amazon Q CLI, Goose and Zed.

It can run as a native desktop app for local browsing on macOS, Windows or Linux, or as a headless server that exposes the same interface to a browser, useful for a VPS or remote machine; the headless mode documents how to keep authentication enabled when exposed to a network.

All processing happens on the local conversation files with no data sent externally, and the project is available in five languages. It is written in TypeScript and licensed under MIT.
