Claude Code Portable

Claude Code Portable packages the official Anthropic Claude Code runtime and Agent SDK into a self-contained folder that runs from a USB drive or any folder without a global install. It bundles a portable Node.js runtime, a real Claude Code terminal, and a browser-based dashboard with streaming chat, Markdown rendering, code highlighting and tool-call approvals.

It supports nine provider configurations, including NVIDIA NIM, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, LM Studio and custom APIs, switchable from the dashboard. The GUI and the portable terminal share the same conversation history, and runtimes for Windows, Linux and macOS can coexist on the same drive. First-time setup needs an internet connection to download the runtime and packages.
