Claude Code Viewer
A web-based client for managing Claude Code projects, browsing full conversation history, monitoring running tasks in real time, and resuming sessions, with a built-in terminal for running commands.
Claude Code Viewer is a web-based client focused on comprehensive Claude Code session-log analysis, preserving and organizing all conversation data through strict schema validation and a progressive-disclosure interface that reveals detail on demand. It can start new conversations, resume existing sessions, monitor running tasks in real time, and browse conversation history, alongside Git operations and an integrated terminal for running commands directly in the browser.
Two authentication modes are offered: an API key mode where all features, including sending chat messages, work directly through the Anthropic API, and a subscription mode where chat sending is a copy-based workflow instead, since Anthropic's terms restrict using the Agent SDK to send chat messages with a subscription account; in that mode the viewer generates the equivalent claude CLI command to run in a terminal, and the session then displays in real time as usual. Read-oriented features, such as log viewing, history browsing, and Git operations, work in either mode and do not depend on the Agent SDK.
It is written in TypeScript and MIT licensed.
