Claude Threads

A bot that runs Claude Code sessions on a developer's own machine and streams them live into Slack or Mattermost threads, so a team can watch and steer a session together.

Claude Threads

Claude Threads runs Claude Code from a team's chat. The bot lives on a developer's own machine, next to their checkout and local tools, and streams a session's output, diffs, task list and permission prompts live into a Slack or Mattermost thread, where anyone invited can reply or react to steer it.

Each thread gets its own session with its own working directory, resumed automatically after a restart, and an optional multi-account pool routes new sessions to whichever Claude account has the most headroom. Permission handling is configurable by emoji reaction, from prompting for every tool use to auto-approving low-risk actions. A channel-scoped memory feature lets teammates save durable notes a session will see later, and git worktrees isolate changes on a branch.
