Clodex

A session manager that runs fleets of Claude Code and Codex terminal sessions, adds a status sidebar, lets agents message each other, and links sessions across machines.

Clodex

Clodex runs Claude Code and Codex sessions as terminals and layers three things around them: a sidebar showing the state of every session, a message bus that lets agents coordinate with each other, and a wire protocol that joins sessions on other machines into one fleet. The same engine runs as a macOS desktop app and as a headless Linux node, with a clodexctl command-line client that can drive either, and a headless node can also serve the GUI in a browser.

The sidebar shows each session's activity state, context fill, any permission dialog waiting on a human, unread messages, and a diff viewer for files touched. Sessions survive a quit and resume with their history, and archiving or deleting them are separate, explicit actions. Sessions can be configured with shared prompts, skills, and saved templates.

It requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 12 or later, plus Claude Code or Codex in the PATH; Intel Macs build from source and Linux runs the headless engine. It is Apache-2.0 licensed.
