CoDA-Bench

An ICML 2026 benchmark that tests whether AI code agents can handle data-intensive analytical tasks, requiring an agent to discover the right files among hundreds in a Linux sandbox before writing code.

CoDA-Bench

Given a natural-language question and a Linux sandbox containing hundreds of data files drawn from Kaggle datasets, an agent must discover which files are relevant among many semantically similar candidates, navigate complex directory hierarchies, integrate information across multiple heterogeneous sources, and generate correct analysis code, rather than being handed the right data directly as most existing benchmarks do.

The full benchmark contains 1,009 tasks across 31 communities drawn from 199 Kaggle datasets, averaging about 980 files per task and roughly 43 gigabytes of data in total, with a 119-task hard subset for faster iteration. Evaluation runs inside Docker, and a setup script downloads and extracts the benchmark data and all community archives in one step before an evaluation script runs a chosen model against a chosen set of task instances.

  • Provenance gate

    github.com

A deterministic authorization gateway that sits between an AI agent and its tools, tracing where each parameter of a side-effect call came from, and blocking the call or asking a human when the source does not check out.

  • JevBench

    benchmarkheaven.com

A reproducible benchmark from Benchmark Heaven that ranks Jev-class typed decision models on intelligence, calibration, speed, and cost, with a published harness, scoring rules, and results.

  • A co-evolutionary adversarial red-teaming tool for AI agents that uses quality-diversity evolutionary search to autonomously breed edge-case scenarios, testing whether an agent with tool access can be made to hallucinate, deadlock or leak funds.
