CodexHost

A tool that runs other AI coding-agent harnesses, such as Pi and Claude Code, directly inside Codex Desktop, so sessions from different harnesses share one workspace instead of separate apps.

CodexHost

CodexHost lets Codex Desktop run other agent harnesses, including Pi, Claude Code and Grok Build, natively inside the same window rather than switching between separate applications. Sessions from different harnesses share one sidebar, and each turn's changes appear in a diff review panel.

A workspace can fork from any message, either continuing in place or opening a new worktree for parallel work, and tasks can be delegated to other agents that each run in their own session. Tool calls, reasoning and diagrams render inline, and each subagent gets its own icon with a full conversation view.

It supports remote development by adding a VPS as a project and running agents on it directly, reports cache hit rate, cost estimate and context usage as sessions run, and can import locally signed-in Codex and Grok credentials for use with Pi. It installs through a package manager or a platform installer for macOS, Windows and Linux.
