CommandMate

A tool that runs several AI coding-agent sessions in parallel, each in its own Git worktree under a contract, with gates deciding what counts as done before a pull request is created.

CommandMate

CommandMate gives a lead AI agent the machinery to run other agent sessions: one Git worktree and one contract per task, gates that decide what is done, and a record of every run. It works with Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Copilot and local models, and lets a person approve results rather than relay messages between agents.

A single message to the lead session plans issues by dependency, file conflict and wave, then hands each one to a worker in an isolated worktree; only work that passes its gates becomes a pull request. It runs on macOS, Linux and Windows through WSL2, needs Node.js and tmux, and installs with a single command. It is open source under the MIT license.
