Context+
An MCP server that turns a large codebase into a searchable, hierarchical feature graph, combining retrieval, AST parsing and clustering so agents can navigate and edit code by meaning rather than exact text.
Context+ is an MCP server for large codebases that combines retrieval-augmented generation, Tree-sitter AST parsing, spectral clustering and Obsidian-style linking to build a searchable, hierarchical feature graph.
Its discovery tools return a structural AST tree of a project with symbol ranges, function and class signatures without full bodies, and semantic search over code and identifiers by meaning rather than exact text, plus a clustering browser that groups related files into labeled clusters. Analysis tools trace every file and line that imports or uses a symbol, and run native linters and compilers across TypeScript, Python, Rust and Go to find unused variables, dead code and type errors. A code-ops tool validates and writes changes against strict rules and creates a restore point before each commit, and a feature-hub tool maps features to code files through Markdown wiki-links.
It also includes version-control tools for inspecting and managing changes.
