copilotd

copilotd continuously polls configured GitHub repositories for issues and pull requests that match dispatch rules based on things like assignee, labels, milestone or issue type, then automatically launches a remote-enabled Copilot CLI session against the match. The dispatched session creates an isolated worktree, asks clarifying questions through comments when needed, writes or reviews code, and opens or updates a pull request, all without a human starting the session.

It can also watch pull requests to dispatch review or validation sessions based on PR metadata such as labels, base and head branch or review decision, and re-dispatch a session automatically when a reviewer leaves feedback on a pull request it opened. Session state is persisted so dispatched sessions survive a daemon restart, and a connect command lets a developer attach interactively to any running session without stopping it. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux and is written in C#.
