Crush

A terminal-based AI coding agent that wires your tools, code and workflows into a large language model of your choice, with support for switching models mid-session.

Crush

Crush is a terminal application for agentic coding that wires your tools, code and workflows into an LLM of your choice. It supports a wide range of models, including OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs, and can switch models mid-session while preserving context.

It keeps multiple work sessions and contexts per project, uses language server protocol integrations for additional code context, and adds capabilities through MCP servers over http, stdio or sse transports. It runs in terminals on macOS, Linux, Windows (PowerShell and WSL), Android, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and NetBSD.

It is written in Go and built on the Charm ecosystem, and installs through package managers including Homebrew, npm, Nix, and native Debian/Ubuntu and Fedora/RHEL repositories.
