Ctxo
A Model Context Protocol server that gives AI coding agents a pre-built dependency graph, git history and code-health analysis of a repository in a single call, instead of piecing it together with repeated file reads and searches.
Ctxo indexes a repository once and keeps the index fresh with file watchers and git hooks, building a deterministic graph of every symbol, every relationship between them such as imports, calls, extends and implements, and every relevant git commit with its intent classified. The index is exposed through 14 semantic MCP tools, so a single call can replace an extended search-and-read cycle, and another single call can replace manually checking every caller of a changed symbol before a review.
The project also includes a full-stack analytics dashboard with file-tree, heatmap, co-change, timeline, architecture, MCP-explorer and diff views, and a command that generates a self-contained, interactive dependency-graph HTML page from the local index. Deep analysis is supported for TypeScript, Java, Go and C#, alongside lighter-weight support for other languages.
It is installed with a global npm package, written in TypeScript, and released under the MIT license.
