DeepTide

DeepTide is an AI coding agent from DeepSeek's team, shipped as a native Swift app for macOS and as two cross-platform terminal CLIs, one built on Bun and one a native Rust binary with an optional desktop GUI.

DeepTide

DeepTide is an AI coding agent built around DeepSeek's models, described as flowing through a codebase like a tide. It ships in three forms from one community front door: a native Swift macOS app, a Bun-based cross-platform terminal CLI that forwards to an underlying Zero CLI, and a Rust cross-platform CLI with an optional native desktop GUI.

The two CLI packages expose different binary names so both can be installed side by side while the Rust port matures into what the project intends as the long-term cross-platform CLI. The repository also contains an open-source local inference runtime: a forked DeepSeek V4 Flash Metal engine plus a local OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible gateway meant to pair with DeepTide.
