Delphi IDE Remote MCP Server
An MCP server that remote-controls a full RAD Studio Delphi installation, its language server, build system and deploy chain, so an AI agent can develop, build and deploy Delphi projects from any platform, including driving Android, Linux and Windows targets.
The server runs on the Windows machine that holds a licensed RAD Studio installation, while a client on Linux, macOS, a cloud agent or a CI runner understands the code, edits it safely, scaffolds, builds, runs, packages and commits, then deploys to a real target and watches the app run there through Android, Linux GNOME or Windows desktop control, all over MCP, with Delphi installed on neither the client nor the agent.
Of its 41 tools, 8 are backed by Embarcadero's official language-server engine, the same engine behind Code Insight in the RAD Studio IDE, for semantic navigation; the remaining 33 cover safe editing, MSBuild, git, file tools, project scaffolding, the deploy chain through PAServer and adb, and a persistent knowledge vault.
It runs as a Windows service, a terminal process or a tray app, serving multiple AI clients including Claude Code and Claude Desktop over Streamable HTTP or classic stdio. It is written in Pascal, MIT licensed, and the README reports it as covered by 84 end-to-end test batteries totalling 2,337 checks.
