Dense-Mem

A self-hosted MCP memory server that stages exact evidence, derives semantic state through server-side policy rather than trusting a model's output directly, and returns recall only when its supporting evidence is eligible.

Dense-Mem

Dense-Mem is a self-hosted memory server for AI agents, exposed over MCP through Streamable HTTP. It stages exact evidence, derives semantic state through validated server-side policy rather than trusting a model's proposal directly, and returns active evidence with graph-shaped relationship handles rather than free-floating facts.

PostgreSQL is the durable authority for knowledge, lifecycle, provenance, search, authorization and audit, with Redis used only for coordination; a single-node deployment can use process-local coordination instead of Redis. Entities and relationships become active graph edges only once their supporting evidence passes an eligibility check, and default recall excludes unresolved candidates and hypotheses. It is written in Go and Apache-2.0 licensed, with a hosted demo available for evaluation before self-hosting.
