Equibles

A self-hosted, open-source financial data MCP server that scrapes and serves SEC filings, XBRL financials, 13F holdings, insider and congressional trades and other market data to AI agents over 62 tools.

Equibles

Equibles is an open-source alternative to a Bloomberg terminal built for AI agents rather than people: it scrapes, stores and serves SEC filings and XBRL financial statements, 13F institutional holdings, insider and congressional trades, FINRA and SEC short-interest data, FRED economic indicators, CFTC and CBOE positioning, fund filings, government contracts and daily stock prices, exposing all of it over the Model Context Protocol so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another agent can query it directly.

Everything marked self-hosted, 62 MCP tools in total, runs for free on the operator's own hardware with Docker and no account. A separate paid Equibles Cloud service runs the same core over the same protocol and tool names and adds more data such as earnings-call transcripts, real-time quotes and options chains, or can be queried directly with a free, rate-limited API key.
